Do we need any hardware?
No. The system is QR-led — tamper-resistant lounger stickers and zone signs are all you need to go live. Future smart-lounger sensors are an optional enhancement, never a dependency.
Does this make us legally compliant?
No system can guarantee that, and we do not claim it. Slounger helps you evidence active management of a known service-delivery risk — requests, checks, grace periods, releases and outcomes, all on the record.
What exactly gets logged?
Every guest request, staff check, grace period, release, block, reassignment, escalation and override — each with actor, timestamp, outcome and reason. Exportable for complaint handling and assurance.
How fast can a pilot start?
A single zone can be live in weeks — and we do the setup: layout seeding, rules configuration and a print-ready QR pack. Your team places the stickers and takes a short briefing. The pilot report measures complaints, response times, flashpoints and usable availability.
We are a tour operator — how does this work for partner hotels?
Portfolio licensing puts the system into partner properties under shared rule templates, with portfolio-level reporting back to you. Ask about partner-property fair-use management on the demo.
What about guest privacy?
Guests check availability anonymously and identify themselves only when claiming or reporting. Booking references are stored as hashes; scan analytics carry no personal data.
